Thanks for your insight Connie. This is exactly what I wanted ..feedback. And when you say 'a picture, personal story' it clicks and I know that's what I'm missing! I really appreciate it!
I just wrote a workbook to go with the website and now my husband and I are working on advertising. (sounds like you and I are working in reverse!...but in the end we will both get there I'm sure) so that is the first product I'm selling!
I must tell you that your feedback came at the perfect time, I was just feeling like I have been spending every free moment on my website for 'no one' to look at it!
Thanks again.
Thanks for the comments. What is it that you do that empowers women? What is your specialty that you are really good at? That is the area to focus. Your most exciting interest....
Welcome. I sense you are both brave and very full of heart. I want to encourage you in your vision and in creating products which will help fulfill that for you and for many others.
I've found the best answers almost always come from within. Just ask your higher self, your spirit, the Holy Spirit, etc. Then watch and listen.
Your picture here, your smile, and your writing already say, "Wellness" to me in a very powerful way. You've got a great start. I welcome watching you blossom an flourish and hope to help any way I can.
I'm thinking of one great way at the moment. I was in a MasterMind group last year with a dynamic couple named Garin and Vanessa Bader. Garin is a real renaissance man who is a world-class pianist, magician, and inner power coach who lives in Las Vegas and performs with his wife all over the world. They are performing on cruise ships at the moment. Check out his amazing stuff at www.coreforceenergy.com.
Besides being his more-than-capable assistant Vanessa, a native of South Africa, has trained since childhood in dance, voice, and the theater arts. She is now also the creator of "The Pizzazz Factor" a DVD series teaching and women and men how to radiate more confidence, poise and magnet presence in any situation, and the "Hot Body Workout". You can find out more and get on her email tips list at www.vanessabader.com. Both are great marketers, and you can learn a lot just from reading their websites.
I've got other friends I think you would like to meet too, but I don't want this to get much longer so please email me off-group at rdd@ufl.edu. I'm going to be inviting these people all to join this group over time, but that will take awhile.
Have you ever read the great book, The Cinderella Complex, by Colette Dowling? It was a real eye opener to me, and helping me to understand the confusing attitudes of some women who want to be independent, but still are slaves to the Cinderella Complex (Waiting for Prince Charming to come and rescue them from a life of work and to live in luxury on shopping sprees while Prince Charming slaves away at his job to bring in the money...)
If you have not read it, it is a fascinating read. Here is a link to Colette's site for more info. I wish she would publish an updated book for the modern day confused woman today.
It is neat to see women being empowered! I get so frustrated with watching men with the "Neanderthal Thinking" in the way they treated their wives! Some men still think women are servants, and some men I know are so lazy, they expect their wife to do everything for them!!
I guess some men have not caught up with the 21st century way of thinking... that women are equal to men, and deserve the same respect and courtesies.
I am curious to know what is your #1 passion with all these niches?
How amazing is that? I was unable to attend this Atlanta BraveHeart event, and I am sure it was electric! Goosebumps are popping up all over! Yes, we will have to talk. I'll visit your BraveHeart ws too. Have a great night.
