social bookmarking

I have entries on digg.com, plugim.com and several others. I had an idea that we should be out there digging and bookmarking each others content to help with rankings.

I'm not suggesting that we do it just to boost votes, but if its at all relevant, we should help each other out.

I made some entried for my new site and 24-48 hours later I have first page and sometimes first position spots for my entries on Google.

If your not doing this stuff, you need to be. I'm adding videos to my websites members area on how to add this stuff to your website in the near future.

This next week, I'm relocating to texas temporarily.

I totally agree and have said before -- we all need to be at least clicking on each other's blogs every day or so. I try to do that as much as I possibly can -- and yes, leave comments when appropriate. will check out digg. i keep reading about it but have not been there yet..

Its more than just checking on each others blogs, its about plugging, digging, tagging, and mentioning each others sites in our blogs so we get Technorati authority. These actions will move us up in the rankings at these sites and bring more traffic.

And high page rankings on Google are the icing on the cake ;)

I'm opening a new forum on my site where we can discuss all this. I'm more than willing to help others learn this as it will benefit all of us.
